Display Colour Indicators for Inventory Blocks

Stay is enhanced to display colour indicators for the inventory blocks created for rooms in the Tape Chart screen. This enhancement also allows users to filter the rooms based on the reasons provided when creating inventory blocks and the housekeeping services performed for the rooms in the Tape Chart screen, Inventory Blocks section of the Housekeeping screen, and Out of Order Rooms Report (Dynamic).

To support this enhancement, the following changes have been made:

• The following colour indictors have been added to the Tape Chart screen to help users distinguish the inventory blocks created for the rooms:

  • Out of Order (OOO) inventory blocks are indicated by an orange colour block.

  • Off the Market (OTM) inventory blocks are indicated by a red colour block.

  • On Hold (HOLD) inventory blocks are indicated by a yellow colour block.

  • The inventory block code and the reason for the inventory blocks is displayed within the colour-coded blocks aligned to the left and in black colour font.

  • These colour indicators are added to the legend that is displayed on clicking the legend icon.

• Two new filter options, Housekeeping Service, and Reason have been added to the Tape Chart screen and the Inventory Blocks section of the Housekeeping screen to help users filter rooms based on the reasons provided when creating inventory blocks and the housekeeping services performed for the rooms.

• The Reason filter is also added as a report generation parameter in the Out of Order Rooms Report (Dynamic).
